The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Return and Exchange Policy
No Returns, No Cancellations, No Refunds:
- We have a strict policy of no returns and no cancellations. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
Exchange Policy:
- Products are eligible for exchange only if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is defective.
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
- The package is lost in transit.
Conditions for Exchange:

A defective product will not be eligible for exchange if:
- The original inner packaging and tags/notes are not retained.
- The product is damaged after delivery.
- The serial number/unique identifier/barcode is tampered with, not readable, altered, or missing.

An unboxing video is required for any item to be considered for exchange.
What to Do if You Receive a Damaged Package:
- If you receive a package in poor condition or if the package/product is damaged at the time of delivery:
- Refuse to accept the package.
- Inform us immediately by sending pictures and videos of the package to latashri123456@gmail.com. Please include your Order ID in the email.
- Alternatively, you can DM us on Instagram @latashri_handlooms_.
Missing Products:
- Any complaints about missing products from the package will only be considered if an unboxing video and pictures are shared within 1 day of delivery.
